Scraper cleaner

Henan Sankuan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures scraper cleaners (filter cleaners) — core cleaning components specifically designed for solid-liquid separation equipment such as filters and filter presses. The products are manufactured through a one-piece casting process of polyurethane over a stainless steel frame, and delivered after precision machining, combining the structural strength of metal with the wear resistance and elasticity of polyurethane.

Oil and high-temperature resistance: The polyurethane is made of high-performance castable material, maintaining stable physical properties in oily media and high-temperature conditions — no softening, no shedding. Suitable for harsh environments such as mining, chemical, and metallurgical industries.

Long wear life: Polyurethane Shore hardness can be customized according to working conditions (typically 85A–95A), with wear resistance 3–5 times that of ordinary rubber, greatly reducing replacement frequency and downtime costs.

U-slot mounting design: Both ends feature stainless steel U-slot connection structures for easy installation and precise positioning, fitting securely with the equipment frame — no loosening or shifting during operation.

Post-wear adjustability: After the scraper working face wears, position compensation can be made using the adjustment allowance of the U-slots, extending the service life of a single installation and reducing maintenance costs.

Customization supported: Scraper cleaners and filter cleaners can be customized in different lengths, thicknesses, hardness levels, and mounting dimensions according to customer drawings or samples, meeting the adaptation requirements of various filter press models.
