High Pressure Control Disc

The high pressure control disc is a core load-bearing component used in hydraulic power units, mud pumps, waterjet cutters, mining machinery and petrochemical piping systems. It performs media distribution, sealing support and wear guidance under continuous high pressure.

Manufactured by Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., every disc is cut from solid Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) block and finish-machined on a CNC gantry milling machine combined with a horizontal CNC machining center, ensuring flatness, concentricity and hole-position tolerance within ±0.05 mm. It is a direct drop-in replacement for steel or bronze discs in corrosive, abrasive and non-lubricated applications.

We accept orders based on customer drawings, samples or 3D models, and support third-party inspection by SGS, CTI, BV or any nominated lab. Material certificate, dimensional report and machining record are supplied with every shipment.
