Reducer Housing

This large reducer housing is a core shell component for heavy industrial equipment. It adopts thick plate welding and stress relief treatment, precision machined by floor boring and milling machines. The bearing bore coaxiality and roundness are well controlled, suitable for heavy-load transmission equipment such as mining mills, metallurgy and cement machinery. Our factory is equipped with a full range of heavy-duty machining equipment including floor boring mills, gantry milling machines and CNC vertical lathes, capable of integrated machining for large-size housings with stable and high machining precision. We support non-standard customization according to customer drawings and working conditions. Third-party inspection is allowed for all products, and the whole machining process is traceable to meet strict acceptance standards for overseas projects. Stress relief treatment is applied to minimize deformation under long-term heavy load. Weld inspection and dimension test reports can be provided upon request. We accept global orders of heavy gearbox casing.
