The vertical scraper centrifugal dewatering rotor (scraper) is the core rotating component of vertical scraper centrifugal dewaterers. Made of high wear-resistant steel plate, it undergoes steel plate cutting, forming & welding, precision machining, dynamic balancing and other production processes. The integrated welded rotor blades feature high strength, impact resistance and excellent wear resistance. It can sustain continuous high-load dewatering operations, widely used in coal washing plants, sand aggregate and mineral slurry dewatering. We provide custom processing service according to customer drawings. Rotor dimensions, blade quantity and material can be adjusted to match working conditions.
