The full production process includes forged blank, heat treatment, rough turning, ultrasonic testing, semi-finish turning, CNC gear hobbing, finish turning, re-heat treatment, gear grinding and magnetic particle inspection of tooth surfaces. Every procedure is implemented in strict accordance with process standards. We are equipped with gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, gantry milling machines, horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, grinding machines and heat treatment equipment. We can customize specifications, materials and accuracy classes according to customers’ drawings. Third-party quality inspection is available with official test reports issued. Our products feature high load capacity, high tooth surface precision and excellent wear resistance.
