We manufacture heavy-duty helical gear shafts for mining ball mills, rod mills, rotary kilns and metallurgical heavy transmission equipment. Our workshop is equipped with vertical gear hobbing machines, large horizontal lathes, precision gear cutting machines and heat treatment production lines. We complete the whole manufacturing process in-house: forging blank, rough turning, finish turning, gear hobbing, heat treatment, non-destructive testing and anti-corrosion surface treatment. Adopt high-strength forged steel 17CrNiMo6. Custom module, tooth width, shaft diameter and keyway according to customer drawings. Third-party UT ultrasonic inspection is acceptable. Our gear shafts feature stable precision, high load capacity, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. After carburizing and quenching, the gear tooth surface achieves high hardness, suitable for continuous heavy-load operation.
