Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Launches New Stainless Steel Frame Polyurethane Scraper, Upgraded Accessories for Filtration Equipment

Recently, Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. released a new generation of stainless steel frame polyurethane scrapers (filter cleaning scrapers). Drawing on experience from our own foundry and metalworking workshop, this filter cleaning component is manufactured by casting high-quality polyurethane onto a stainless steel frame, followed by precision machining.The product combines the structural strength of the metal frame with the high wear resistance and elasticity of polyurethane.

This scraper features oil resistance and heat resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions in mining, chemical and metallurgical industries. U-shaped mounting grooves are designed at both ends for easy installation. When the working edge wears out, the scraper position can be adjusted to extend service life and reduce equipment maintenance costs.

Equipped with CNC machine tools, our factory implements a strict quality control system. We can customize polyurethane scrapers of various lengths, thicknesses and hardness according to customers’ drawings and operating conditions.
