In addition, there is one YK73200 and one YK73125 profile gear grinder produced by Qinchuan Machine Tool, which can process straight and helical gears with diameters within 2,000 mm and 1,250 mm respectively. There are 5 gear shaping machines that can process straight gears with a module of M1.5-M16 and an inner diameter within 1,800 mm. Three grinding machines have a processing range of Φ800 mm in diameter and within 5,000 mm in length. One gear comprehensive measuring instrument type 1200 produced by German Klingelnberg is available. Additionally, the company owns 2 φ200 floor boring and milling machines from Qi'er Machine Tool, 2 100T double-girder cranes, and more than 140 sets of related supporting equipment such as φ130 boring machines, 1250 slotting machines, 1.25×4-meter CNC gantry milling machines, and 1.6-3.5-meter vertical lathes. In 2014, a new heat treatment production line was added, including two trolley resistance furnaces (3.5m×4m), three pit-type carburizing furnaces (Ф2.5m×4m), and one high-frequency quenching device.
