Polyurethane Rubber Roller Raw Material Preparation: Select polyether/polyester polyols, isocyanates, chain extenders, etc., mix them in proportion, and adjust the viscosity to ensure the reactive activity of the raw materials is matched.
Polyurethane Rubber Roller Mold Treatment: Clean the mold and apply a release agent, then preheat it to a specified temperature (usually 40-60°C) to ensure the surface of the formed rubber roller is smooth.
Polyurethane Rubber Roller Casting Molding: Stir the raw materials evenly in a vacuum environment and quickly inject them into the mold. Control the reaction rate by adjusting the pressure (0.3-0.5MPa) and temperature (60-80°C) to avoid bubble generation.
Polyurethane Rubber Roller Vulcanization and Curing: After primary curing (80-100°C for 2-4 hours), demold the roller, and then perform post-curing (100-120°C for 8-12 hours) to improve the physical properties of the rubber roller.
Polyurethane Rubber Roller Mechanical Processing: Carry out turning and grinding on the cured polyurethane rubber rollers to ensure dimensional accuracy (tolerance ±0.02mm) and surface roughness (Ra≤0.8μm).
Polyurethane Rubber Roller Inspection and Packaging: Through quality inspection processes such as hardness testing (Shore A 60-90 degrees) and dynamic balance verification, the qualified products are packaged and stored in warehouses.
